We understand that family life can sometimes be busy and unpredictable, and we always aim to be as flexible and supportive as possible.
We kindly ask parents and carers to collect their children at their agreed collection time. This helps our staff prepare the playrooms for the next session and, most importantly, helps children feel settled and secure. Waiting beyond their usual collection time can sometimes make children feel anxious or unsettled.
If you are experiencing difficulties that may affect your collection time, please speak with a member of management. We will always do our best to work with families and, wherever possible, accommodate individual circumstances and the needs of your child.
