Bullying

At our nursery, we believe that every child has the right to feel safe, valued and respected. We are committed to creating a caring and inclusive environment where children can learn, play and develop free from bullying, discrimination and any form of inappropriate behaviour.

We promote positive relationships by encouraging children to be kind, respectful and considerate towards one another. Where concerns about bullying or discriminatory behaviour arise, we will take them seriously and respond in a sensitive and appropriate way, in line with Glasgow City Council's guidance and policies.

We recognise that parents and carers play an important role in supporting children's wellbeing and helping us to promote positive relationships. We therefore value open communication and partnership with families.

If you have any concerns about your child's wellbeing, relationships with other children or any behaviour that you feel may be affecting them, please speak to a member of our team. We are always happy to listen, work together and support both you and your child.
